Claims and Refunds Policy
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.
For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If we determine the issue is our fault, we'll cover the costs.
Refunds
At Merchnvy, we work hard to deliver high-quality products on time and exactly as described. You're protected by our Return and Exchange policy for 30 days after your purchase if:
– The product is defective.
– The print quality is poor.
– The product you receive is noticeably different from what was shown on the product page.
Replacements and Exchanges
We don’t offer refunds for incorrect choices in size, design, color, etc. However, if the product you receive is the wrong size or design compared to what you ordered or the size chart was incorrect, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution. Your satisfaction is our priority!
